Sex Therapy for Intimacy & Sexual Wellbeing
Our sorrows and wounds are only healed when we touch them with compassion

Sex Therapy
Sex therapy provides a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore concerns around sex, intimacy, identity, relationships, and emotional connection. Using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, Jen works collaboratively with you to address challenges such as sexual difficulties, communication breakdowns, or disconnection. These sessions aim to expand understanding of your unique sexual self, support healthier patterns of intimacy, and enhance overall wellbeing and pleasure.
As a registered psychologist and sexologist, Jen brings together a combination of psychological care, nervous system awareness, and advanced training in sexual wellbeing. Her integrative approach offers a holistic and highly attuned space for healing, growth, and connection.

Using a compassionate, body-mind approach, we work together to reduce pain and rebuild trust in your body. Sessions explore emotional, physical, and relational contributors to discomfort, helping you cultivate safety, pleasure, and agency.
-
Together, we unpack the personal, relational, cultural and historical influences on your sexual desire. This may include education, mindfulness, stress reduction, and shifting how you relate to intimacy and self-pleasure, in a space free from pressure or judgement.

We explore how past experiences shape current patterns and feelings. Therapy may include EMDR, parts work, nervous system awareness, and somatic tools to gently restore safety and self-trust, always at your own pace.
