ABOUT JEN VELLIOS

Jen is a warm and down-to-earth psychologist and sexologist who brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work. She is committed to providing care that is trauma-informed, integrative, and evidence-based, with a strong respect for the connection between mind and body.

Her therapeutic approach draws on a range of modalities, including EMDR, compassion-focused therapy, parts work, and somatic practices. Jen values creating a space where individuals can explore their inner experience with curiosity, depth, and care.

She has a particular interest in working with complex trauma, sexual challenges, and improving general wellbeing. Her work is shaped by a commitment to reducing shame and supporting people to reconnect with themselves and their values.

In addition to individual therapy, Jen also facilitates small group sessions that offer education and conversation around female sexual function, desire, arousal, and libido.

Jen believes that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about building a more compassionate relationship with ourselves, rooted in understanding, acceptance, and choice.
